Amy Rolfes is the elected St. Joseph County Circuit Court Clerk, nationally recognized for her leadership in modernizing elections, improving voter access, and protecting election integrity. With a background in education, nonprofit leadership, and small business, Amy brings decades of public service experience to the role.

Since taking office, she has launched innovative reforms—securing major grants, expanding vote centers, improving election worker training, and leading transparency efforts that earned national praise. She also completed Ball State’s CEATS program and represented Indiana in an international election mission to Guatemala.

A proud South Bend resident, Amy is committed to building public trust and ensuring every vote counts.

Under her watch, the Clerk’s Office passed an independent audit with top marks and took part in the national #Protect2024 integrity campaign.

Amy Rolfes secured major federal grants to enhance election security, merged voter registration operations to streamline services, and was chosen to represent Indiana on an international election mission—demonstrating both local impact and global leadership.
